BALTHAZAR
Style: indie rock, dark crooner
Balthazar is a Belgian five-piece band having received accolades in their home country for its debut and sophomore album. Balthazar's dark indie rock is reminiscent of indie crooners like Nick Cave or their fellow countrymen dEUS.

JAGWAR MA
Style: psychedelic, madchester, baggy acid house
This is one hell of a newcomer band of 2013. Sydney's Jagwar Ma combine dub-style pop sound with the good old baggy/Madchester genre (Weatherall meets Primal Scream) creating wonderful psychedelic gems. The band released its debut album, "Howlin", via Future Classic.

TRULS
Style: electro pop, dance pop
Who would've thought that this impressive young man with a golden necklace might have such a wonderful falsetto voice? His first single, "Out Of Yourself", is a sophisticated mix of R&B, sould and electro pop, which made him one of Norway's "artists to watch".

MARLA BLUMENBLATT
Style: 50s rock 'n' roll, surf, German schlager
Until recently, the Vienna-born and Berlin-based Marla Blumenblatt's life revolved around dancing entirely. Now she's turned towards 50s retro surf pop. Her single, "Cornetto", sounds like German 'schlager' at its best. Lots of fun!
